The short version
- No ads. No tracking. No analytics SDKs. We never sell, rent, or share your data.
- You can play for free without signing in — in that mode, nothing personal leaves your device.
- We only collect account information if you choose to sign in to unlock or restore the optional Pro subscription.
What we collect, and only if you sign in
The free game stores your progress, best times, streaks and settings on your device only (local storage). That data is not sent to us.
If you sign in (with Apple on iOS or Google on Android) to buy or restore Pro:
- Account identifier — a Firebase Authentication user ID.
- Email address and display name — as provided by Apple or Google sign-in (Apple may give a private relay address; that's fine).
- Subscription status — whether your Pro membership is active and when it renews or expires.
We use this only to: keep you signed in, unlock Pro across your devices and our games, and restore purchases.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we never see or store your card details. We receive only the subscription status (active / trial / expiry) needed to grant access, validated server-side.
Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers strictly to run the app — never for advertising or profiling:
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions) — sign-in and storing your subscription status.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payment processing and subscription notifications.
We do not use any advertising networks, third-party analytics, or tracking SDKs, and we do not use advertising identifiers.
Your choices and rights
- Play without an account — no personal data is collected at all.
- Delete your account and data — in the app, go to Settings → Account Settings → Delete account. This removes your account record and subscription data from our backend. (Your subscription itself is managed in your App Store / Google Play account.)
- Access / questions — email us at support@zkootie.com.
Data retention
We keep your account and subscription record while your account exists. When you delete your account, that data is removed.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Backend access is restricted, and app requests are attested with Firebase App Check.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we'll update the date above and, for material changes, note it in the app.
